Rosemary Mayer’s Estate director, Marie Warsh, discusses ‘Connections (Los Angeles),’ which was staged on November 11th in Beverly Hills at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts. The work is envisioned as a continuation of Mayer’s long engagement with balloons as a medium for creating opportunities for community celebration and connections to place, time, and history. This iteration celebrates the community of artists in Los Angeles.
